  1. Can I return my product? Due to the fragile nature of the product and the cost of shipping back and forth we do not return products. Please read the product description carefully. 
  2. Part of my order is missing or my order did not arrive? If your product is missing or does not arrive please contact us as soon as possible. We do provide tracking and will reship your order to the best of our abilities at no charge to you after confirming with our delivery service that it has been marked as lost. Please contact us at
  3. Do the guest packs/wedding favors come pre-packaged? To preserve colour and fragrance the product does not come pre-packed, but rather in a resealable bag. You will need to assemble the envelopes or cones before your event. Can you say, Bridesmaids :) 
  4. How much Lavender do I need for 100 Guests? Every wedding and Bride has different needs. We recommend that you check out our Needs Calculator found on the top of our menu.
  5. Do you customize items? We do customize colors for weddings. Please add the colors and be as specific as possible at the Check out.  You can also email us pictures and links at
  6. How should I care for the products? Lavender fragrance is strong and can last for up to a year. That said, to keep the product in the best condition until your event, we recommend storing it in a cool, dark place.
  7.  I am in your area and would like to pick up my products? Yes! Please email us before you place your order and we will send you a free shipping code so that you do not have to pay shipping. We will also arrange pick up at that time.
  8. Can we come visit your farm? We wish everyone could come to our farm and visit us, and perhaps in the future that will be possible. For now our farm is not open to the public.
  9. Do you allow wedding photography shoots on your farm?  Yes. We do allow it. However because we are primarily a supplier to LUSH Cosmetics and other community businesses our priority is to cut our entire crop while it is still in bloom. Therefore the window for photography is small and the time slots for shooting fill up quickly. Please have your photographer contact us at
  10. Can I make changes or cancel my order? Yes! You are able to cancel or change your order anytime up until it is filled. To do this you need to email us at Please note we do try and fill orders within 1-2 days of purchase.
